If you are not satisfied with product from yupgift.com,you can ask for returning them to us.But please read and follow the following instructions before you do that.

Please ensure that you understand our policy about return and make sure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. 

Yupgift.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

General Returns

1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item.Only the products in their original condition are acceptted.

2. Mis-shipped Error: As mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we take the full responsibility for the item exchange,and the shipping fees are paid by us. Or you can get back the products to us and get full refund.

3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what you order, you have right to ask for a full refund,unless the color difference is caused by your display monitor.

Returning for replacement and refund

1. Quality Issues:

If the products our customers receive have a quality problem within 30 days after they receive it,once being confirmed B21C.com will take the responsibility for exchanging the item or returning a full refund.

2. Non Quality Issues:

If our customers wish to return an item for non-quality reasons within 7 days after receiving it, we will return 70% the full price(30% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee).

The products returned should be in the original condition with original packaging. If something was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.

Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)

If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged. 

Overdue Items

If the product ordered is not delivered by the promised delivery date,we will return a full refund.
